dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 6th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items addressed included: recommendations of the University Presidents, including the revision of Board regulations, the disposition of year-end balances, corrections to the budget, the proposed purchase of the Valley Park Motor Lodge, the conferring of an honorary degrees upon Robert F. Doolittle, a statement of policy on employee organizations, and the adoption of OBOR residency requirements; reports of the University President and Board committees.	en_US
