dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 22nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: authorization of security clearances required by the U.S. Government; modification of salaries and provisions of leave for certain faculty members; the acquisition of properties; establishment of a preparatory division in the School of Music; report on the Inter-University Council meeting; fall enrollment; report on the North Eastern Ohio Television Consortium; legal opinions; AAUP salary studies; and STRS letters. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
