dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 23rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: the naming of the music and fine arts building; discussion on fees and tuition; transfer of funds to the City of Youngstown for safety purposes; granting of sabbatical leave to Sidney Roberts; fee remission regulations; possible amendment of the Senate’s constitution; possible change in deadline to notify probationary faculty of non-renewal of contracts; budget of the OEA; interest of AAUP in becoming the sole faculty bargaining agent; and the movement of the YSU Bookstore.	en_US
