dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 24th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: approval of the operating budget for 1972-73; expansion of programs to include Associate in Applied Science degrees in Medical Secretary and Real Estate Technology; acquisition of easement from First Christian Church; expansion of WYSU-FM’s broadcast schedule to 15 hours per day; revised policy on student due process and disciplinary procedures; request for the authorization of a collective bargaining election; approval of a Black Studies major and Educational Media certificate program; groundbreaking ceremony for the Technical & Community College; update on the Poddar civil rights case; and the approval of final plans for the new library building and the university power plant.	en_US
