dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 54th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions on faculty/staff appointments, the extension of privileges to medical students attending NEOUCOM, faculty promotions, and the approval of a two-year degree program in Court/Conference Reporting in Applied Business. President Coffelt reported on pending state legislation (Amended S.B. 191, H.B. 25, H.B. 740, S.B. 94, and S. B. 222), the medical college program, the Wean Lectureship, the consolidation of the Personnel Office, progress on fund raising for the All-Sports Complex. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
