dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 53rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, the offering of a BS in BA in Management, and an AAS in Respiratory Therapy. President Coffelt reported on the Governor’s executive budget for 1977-79, energy crises, the development of the operating budget for 1977-78, and current matters relating to fundraising for the planned sports complex. The retirements of Vice Presidents Karl E. Krill and Joseph S. Rook were announced. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
