dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 60th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to promote faculty to higher academic rank, to authorize the President to appoint the Vice President for Financial Affairs to be the University’s representative to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and the establishment of a two-year degree programs in Emergency Medical Technology and Medical Laboratory Technology. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
