dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 67th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to bestow an honorary degree upon former U.S. Attorney General William B. Saxbe, to revise Appendix F of the Board’s policies, and to implement cooperation between the President and the YSU Alumni Association. President Coffelt reported on the appointment of a new trustee on the Skeggs Foundation, a new director of the Cushwa Center for Industrial Development, new administrative guidelines regarding professional/administrative staff, and a faculty/industry exchange program. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
