dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 69th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions approving faculty/staff appointments, to amend policies relating to limited-service faculty, and to extend appreciation to the Republic Steel Corporation. President Coffelt reported on Summer 1979 enrollment, and possible changes in the state subsidy. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
