dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 70th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions approving faculty/staff appointments, and to change the charter of the Academic Senate. President Coffelt reported on enrollment, educational television, the funding of the Cushwa Center for Industrial Development, changes in the law regarding some contracts, administrative staff on multiple-year contracts, and the report of the State Auditor. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
