dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 72nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to the University, to ratify promotions in academic rank, to approve revisions to Board policies, and to adopt new travel regulations for faculty and professional staff. President Coffelt reported on National Swimming Championship (Division II) in March, Spring 1980 enrollment figures, EDATA’s threat to sue YSU for mischarging of rent, pending state legislation, and outside audits of YSU. He also introduced the new executive director of the YSU Alumni Association. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
