dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 75th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolution to approve faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to the University, to confer an honorary degree upon Paul N. Wigton, and to approve policies regarding the Continuing Education Unit. President Coffelt reported on reductions in the state subsidy, student residential facilities, an upcoming meeting of the American Council on Education, summer enrollment figures, a student on a day care unit, and the appointment of Dr. Bernard T. Gillis as the new Academic Vice President. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
