dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 64th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The Board adopted a resolution to approve faculty/staff appointments. President Coffelt reported on the first meeting of the Board in the new Board Room in Tod Hall, a name change for the Cushwa Institute for Industrial Development, a visit by Dr. John D. Millette, executive vice president of the Academy for Industrial Development, an increase in premiums for group life insurance, and a reduction of income due to a drop in enrollment. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
