dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 66th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, promotions of instructors to higher academic rank, to change the bylaws of the Academic Senate, to offer a two-year degree program leading to an Associate Degree in Urban Studies, and to offer a BS degree in Nursing. President Coffelt reported on the incorporation of the Alumni Association, pending appropriation bills, the status of the Mid-Continent Conference, and a workshop for all Ohio state university trustees in Columbus for April 29-30, 1979. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
