dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 82nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, to commence capital improvements, to accept a gift of a Certificate of Deposit of $3,000 from the Optimists’ Club of Youngstown, and to release funds to purchase uniforms for the YSU Centurians. The President’s report and executive and committee reports followed. After going into executive session, the Board passed resolutions changing its policy on continuity of employment, granting emeritus status to retired faculty/staff, and enacting mandated civil service pay increases.	en_US
