dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 81st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to remove restrictions to out-of-state travel, to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, and to amend the University’s policy on alcoholic beverages.
