dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 104th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Further resolutions were passed. The Board went into executive session over a personnel matter. Other resolutions passed included the conferring of honorary degrees on Thomas W. Ford and Joan Ford, the consolidation of the Corrections and Law Enforcement Administration programs into a single Criminal Justice program, and the extension of YSU swimming pool, tennis court, and the outdoor running track to YSU alumni.	en_US
