dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 106th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Other resolutions included the amending of the 1985-86 Athletics budget, and the rescinding of a previous resolution providing a pay increase to Campus Security sergeants, due to reclassification.	en_US
