dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 88th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions approving faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, to amend Board bylaws and policies, and to permit the Youngstown Education Foundation to use “Youngstown State University” as part of its new name. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Other resolutions called for the modification of personnel policies relating to full-time athletic coaches, the modification of policies on faculty improvement leaves, the improvement of the Kilcawley Center residence dining area, and others.	en_US
