dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 89th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: the resignation of Hugh W. Manchester as secretary to the Board, a resolution to confer an honorary degree upon Hugh W. Manchester, and a resolution approving the construction of the new “high tech” building to a location along Wick Avenue, in front of the parking deck.	en_US
