dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 96th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. After returning to the open meeting, further business was conducted, including: resolutions to pay employees for a day in which the University was closed due to inclement weather, to ratify an agreement on conflict resolution between YSU and YSU-OEA, to approve a tentative agreement concluded with the police union, to sell the Presidential House at 1010 Colonial Drive in Liberty Township, to purchase lots in Smokey Hollow, to provide desk space for INROADS/Cleveland, and to approve YSU’s Basketball Camp 1984, and others.	en_US
