dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 97th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions designating Neil Humphrey as President of YSU as of July 1, 1984, to assign check-signing authority to President Neil Humphrey and University Controller Richard Glunt, and to ratify a fact-finder’s report regarding negotiations between YSU and YSU-OEA.	en_US
