Presented are the minutes of the 102nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, and to ratify reassignment of responsibilities due to a change in the organizational chart. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Further resolutions approved pay to employees when YSU was closed due to inclement weather, revised salary provisions to the YSU-OEA agreement, and the conferring of an honorary degree upon Carmen E. Turner. |
