dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 114th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The Board went into executive session to discuss a matter on employment. After returning to the public meeting, committee reports followed. Resolutions were passed: to accept paintings from Dr. John T. McDonough for the purpose of selling them to build a new art museum on campus; and to accept a gift of land. The Board then retired into Executive Session once again over a personnel matter and concluded the meeting upon returning into open session.	en_US
