dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 126th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The Board went into executive session to discuss recent collective bargaining with YSU-ACE. Upon returning to the open meeting, the Board resolved to accept a fact-finder’s final report leading to a tentative agreement with YSU-ACE.	en_US
