Presented are the minutes of the 129th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board further resolved: to amend Board bylaws to change committee structures; to ratify a tentative agreement between the University and YSU-ACE; to authorize the Administration to request the State to purchase City Lots 1496 and 666; to authorize miscellaneous expenditures; and to confirm the purchase of property, travel, automobile insurance. The Board then went into executive session, and then adjourned. |
