dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 137th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board further resolved: to extend the Drug-Free Workplace policy to the end of the calendar year; to modify the roles of higher administrative officers; to create a policy on building naming conventions and to rename the Public Services Institute Building “Coffelt Hall”; et cetera.	en_US
