dc.description.abstract	Senate Chairperson, Chet Cooper, presided. Nominations for Senate Chairperson were held. Bob Hogue was appointed Secretary and David Porter was appointed as Parliamentarian. President Cynthia Anderson gave some brief updates and remarks. Vice President for Finance and Administration, Gene Grilli, gave a report on the Strategic Plan. The Executive Committee reported on approved assignments of individuals to various Senate committees and the committee will made efforts to rapidly providing critical information to the YSU community on Senate actions and approvals. The Academic Programs Committee reported a proposal for the Dance Management program is circulating and pending approval. The Undergraduate Curriculum Committee approved a list of course changes.
