dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 52nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions on faculty/staff appointments, and changes to the Academic Senate’s charter and bylaws. President Coffelt reported on fundraising efforts, state compliance reviews, affirmative action policies, and upcoming collective bargaining with YSU-OEA. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
