dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 49th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions on staff appointments, the renaming of the Community & Technical College, and the approval of a statement of intention involving fundraising for the new sports complex. A hiring freeze ordered by Ohio Governor John A. Rhodes was discussed. A land-use agreement with the Butler Institute of American Art was reached. President Coffelt reported on enrollment, a state ethics bill, and a Ohio House bill involving classification and wages of university hourly employees. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
