dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 46th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions confirming the appointment of new faculty and staff, ratifying the bylaws of the Inter-University Council, appreciation to Ralph Skerratt and Clarence Lapatta for providing salvage equipment and to the Falcon Foundry when library materials were damaged due to a flood, the awarding of athletic insurance representation, and the appointment of classified civil service personnel appointing authority. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
