dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 45th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: the installation to the Board of Dr. Thomas D.Y. Fok; resolutions appointing new faculty and staff, the conferral of an honorary degree upon Sidney Rigelhaupt, approval of a policy on the use of human subjects in research, establishing a fee for proficiency examinations, promotions in academic rank, authorization of a two –year degree program in Social Services Technology, the purchase of property, and the naming of the new YSU Library after William F. Maag, Jr. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
