dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 38th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolution to approves a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree; resolution to approve the organizational structure of non-academic administration; an increase in the thesis binding fee; a report on and a resolution to approve the 1974-75 operating budget; a revision in the state subsidy formula; a summons from the Court of Common Pleas; and the publication of a handbook for classified employees. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
