dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 36th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: establishment of the College of Fine & Performing Arts; amendments to Kilcawley Center constitution; approval of a Dental Hygiene Program; redesignation of Graduate School application fee; approval of preliminary plan to remodel the Elm Street Building; and a resolution to purchase the Lincoln Project property. Executive and committee reports were also presented.	en_US
