Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 295th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting, during which: the oath of office was administered to newly-appointed Trustee, Atty. Leonard D. Schiavone; the Board expressed appreciation to the Presidential Search Committee and to Marilynn Butler for their work in the process; and Dr. Cynthia Anderson was appointed the seventh President of Youngstown State University.
