dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 307th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included resolutions: to confer an honorary degree upon Nanette Lepore; to approve an agreement of cooperation between YSU and the Youngstown State University Research Foundation; to approve a master of arts degree program in Interdisciplinary Communications; to establish the Natural Gas and Water Resources Institute; to accept development gifts; to establish purchasing limits for Competitive Selection; to approve interfund transfers; to approve a University records management policy; to modify non-credit fee remission fringe benefit policy; to approve faculty/staff appointments; to appreciate Millicent S. Counts (outgoing trustee), Ryan A. Meditz (outgoing student trustee) and C. Reid Schmutz (outgoing president of the YSU Foundation).	en_US
