dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 68th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The chief reason for the meeting was the ratification of a tentative agreement reached between the University and YSU-OEA. In addition, President Coffelt reported on the application of the Ohio Ethics Law (O.R.C. Section 102.04) upon the Board, discussed the June 11, 1979 meeting of the Inter-University Council, and distributed copies of a speech by Fr. Healy, the President of Georgetown University. The Building and Property Committee delivered a report and offered a resolution on agreements leading to the installation of a ground station terminal.	en_US
