dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 35th regular meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: establishment of the College of Fine & Performing Arts; resolutions on sick leave; broadcasting sporting events; the Citizens on campus; the Citizens Task Force on Higher Education; the Ohio Code of Ethics bill; new appointments; report on medical education; informal opinions of legal counsel on Sec. 143 Ohio Revised Code, Ohio H.B. 1219, letter on personnel relations to SEIU Local 627, and items pertaining to the relationship between YSU and student religious organizations with regard to University funding. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
