dc.description.abstract Testimony from victim vividly describes weeks of abuse from hazing. In light of the hazing allegations, the Student Judicial Board at YSU has suspended the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity for 15 years. Ivan Maldonado, former president of the YSU Association of Classified Employees union, appeared in court for 24 counts, including theft, grand theft, falsification and tampering with records.
