dc.description.abstract	Featured speakers for YSU's spring commencement are U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan; Connie Schultz, columnist for Cleveland's Plain Dealer; and YSU student Jenifer Edwards from the Bitonte College of Health and Human Services. The Ohio Third Frontier could enhances student's chances of jobs after graduation if renewed on the May 4th ballot. YSU alumnus, Don Constantini, donates $200,000 to the construction of the Williamson College of Business Administration. Dining Services seek more late-night options. SGA supports state Issue 1. Gabriel Blanco will perform and offer advice at YSU. Article features group "Offend Youngstown." Penguin Spotlight features Zac McFarland.
