dc.description.abstract	New deadlines are set for incomplete grades. The YSU Marching Paride interim director, Don Linn, has accepted a job as assistant director of bands at Kansas State University. Economic woes have affected YSU through the reduction the funds available for scholarships through the YSU Foundation. The University Affairs committee prepares to pass the torch to the incoming committee members. Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity is in the process of becoming part of the YSU Greek Life. YSU Earth Day events are given. Youngstown band Pictora climbs new heights. Sports features the YSU Track team and the YSU Softball team. Penguin Spotlight features Haley Thomas.	en_US
