dc.description.abstract	Former U.S. Rep. Jim Traficant returns home to the Valley from federal prison. Other Ohio universities report enrollment increases. Students voice parking concerns. The Jambar interviews the the new dean of the College of Fine and Performing Arts, Dr. Bryan DePoy. Center for Student Progress hustling and bustling under surging enrollment. Enrollment increase may propose future problems with class availability and parking.
