dc.description.abstract	A fourth home is burned next to YSU fraternity houses. Students want neighborhood watchdogs. New student housing spaces sell quickly. Engineering student Craig Butrick and a team of student engineers have been actively building a robot since May in preparation for a robotics competition sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Coach Jim Tressel's shadow looms as his successor, Jon Heacock, leaves YSU. Sports features Alina Rios, the student behind the Pete the Penguin mask.	en_US
