dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 180th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on November 4, 1996. This was a special meeting. President Cochran reported on a joint meeting with the Board of Trustees of NEOUCOM, and educational opportunities in China. Committee reports followed. Committee reports followed. The Series 1996 Resolution was passed. Other resolutions passed included those: involving credit care and depository use; to authorize the establishment of an auxiliary service; to locally administer capital improvement projects, et al.; and to authorize eminent domain proceedings.	en_US
