dc.description.abstract	Senate Chairperson Chet Cooper presided. President Randy Dunn addressed the Senate. Nancy Wolfgang consented to be the alternate senate representative to the Ohio Faculty Council. Vacancies for Parliamentarian and Senate Secretary need to be filled. Nominations for Senate Chair were taken. Chet Cooper was the only one who was nominated by default he is elected. Nominations for Charter and Bylaws Committee members were held and left open until Monday. Elections and Balloting Committees were still waiting on opened positions to be filled as well as the Academic Senate Executive Committee. In New Business motions were made to amend the charter and bylaws. The Ad Hoc paperless committee reported they were ready to beta test the software for approvals to see how it works.
