dc.description.abstract	Senate Chairperson Chet Cooper presided. Chet Cooper updated the senate on the presidential search committee. The Ohio Faculty Council meeting focused on House Bill 59 and R. Watts from the Chancellor's department discussing college readiness scores. The Library Committee reported on the lack of library funding. Unfinished business a proposal was made regarding streamlining the college in high school requirements. The proposal was passed.
