dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 166th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on May 18, 1994. This was a special meeting. President Cochran reported that the University and the Youngstown Public Schools entered into a signed partnership, planned to announce YSU’s commitment to the Electronic Campus program, and that Scott Schulick was awarded one of seventy Regents Scholarships. Committee reports followed. The Board resolved to amend Resolution No. 2 (to approve, confirm, and ratify the terms relating to the general receipt of bonds authorized).	en_US
