dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 309th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on July 27, 2012. This was a special meeting. Committee reports were provided. The Board resolved: to ratify the YSU-APAS labor agreement; and to approve amendments to the Board’s bylaws. Chairman Garg ended the meeting with some appropriate remarks relating to collective bargaining.	en_US
