Admissions for 2015 fall semester are up 66%. YSU's faculty union and administration have ratified a contract after nearly a year of negotiations. YSUnity is holding a series of discussions on LGBTQIA issues. YSU's chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma is boasting the highest grades of all its chapters throughout the entire country this past year. The Andrews Student Recreation and Wellness Center at YSU is offering a new cultural-oriented aerobic program, "Dance Around the World." YSU's Honors Program kicked off their third annual Honors Talent Show. YSU volleyball player Val Jeffery tried out for the United States Women's National Team.
