dc.description.abstract Staughton Lynd, a civil rights and anti-war movement activist, lectured on the nationwide struggle of part-time faculty workers to receive fair working conditions through unionization.Youngstown State University decided to allocate $5.5 million of its nonendowment assets into alternative investments. Brianna Wu, head of development at the video game company Giant SpaceKat, spoke to the YSU community on discrimination in the gaming/technology industry. An alumni group out of Phoenix, Arizona will meet with YSU's Board of Trustees members when they attend a talk about trusteeship at the Sierra Bonita Grill. YSU will host the largest career fair in the school's history on March 31. Compared to other Ohio universities, YSU is falling behind with diversity because of a lack of a center for LGBT. YSU will feature an April Fools Film Festival in Bliss Hall. Baseball head coach, Steve Gillispie, recaps the first half of the season. The softball team looks to remain in the top spot in the Horizon League. en_US
